Incorporated in 2015, its associate company conducting vertically similar businesses, commenced operations with just four employees in 1999, and have represented a multitude of multinational companies, international and local banks, and many Sri Lankan corporates, as a successful third party sales channel. Our businesses continue to provide innovative business process outsourcing, human resource outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing, procurement outsourcing, and bundled integrated outsourcing for the telecommunications, apparels, banking and financial institutions.

Dumindra Ratnayaka, Chairman
The Chairman of MARTIN & GEORGE, Dumindra Ratnayaka, was the Chief Executive Officer and a Board Member of Etisalat Lanka (Private) Ltd, the pioneering Multinational Telecommunications Service Provider is Sri Lanka. Dumindra carries three decades of management experience and have overseen many transitions of a leading mobile operator from its inception. His business acumen, skill and expertise have been the pillars of strength that withstood the challenges and acid tests of sustainable growth that two multinational ownership changes would pose to an organization.
Experiencing a rare opportunity many CEO’s would not be presented with, Dumindra oversaw three successful brand-building exercises in the Sri Lankan Telecom industry. In guiding the organization from Celltel to Tigo through to Etisalat, he gave stewardship to a dynamic and a diverse organization operating in an extremely competitive market, ensuring it prevailed as the most cost-efficient telco in Sri Lanka exceptionally exceeding global norms of cost related Key Performance Indicator’s and excellent staff engagement indices. He is an Engineer by profession having obtained a first class honors BSc in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering from the University of Moratuwa, Sri Lanka.
Manju Ariyaratne, Managing Director/CEO
Manju Ariyaratne is the founder and CEO of Du Pal Private Limited a leading business process outsourced service provider in Sri Lanka. He ventured in to business in March 1999 with four employees and has led his company to be an innovative business process-outsourcing provider for multinationals and top international and national businesses in Sri Lanka. He has been the driving force behind Du Pal and now has expanded into new areas of distribution of global and local brands as well as export-import trading across the shores of Sri Lanka.
Being a multi-disciplinary professional entrepreneur with over 25 years business experience, Manju is an accomplished pioneer in developing innovative sales and marketing and business process outsourcing for local and global brands with notable record of results in maximizing revenue and profitability. Manju exemplifies Du Pal’s commitment to helping its clients achieve high performance, as a proven leader with deep expertise in developing strong client relationships, a passion for building outstanding client teams, and a disciplined focus on operations and successful execution. He is a Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing, U.K.
